From the "know when to say when" department, tonight I caved to the will of the little man-Liam.
HE is actually the one who made tonight's dinner. (Yep-he's gonna make a great hubby someday)
Liam chose to make his specialty - Cheese Quesadillas. They rocked. Everyone Ate.
Easy and Cheesy- WIN.
The consensus:
Liam: Ate every last bite. Happy kid.
Joseph: This is good, Liam. and "your poop is gonna be a rock" (that's what he said)
Me: Yum. Thanks, Liam and JOE! (but it IS true)
Alex: Is on a school trip.
Cost:
$3 for three people including the fruit and drink served with Liam's creation.

Total (not gonna do it every night but HEY!?!) WIN!
Note: I think it's a bonus win that Liam was responsible enough to take on making dinner tonight. He did a great job.
